Dick began his career with the Hollywood Police Department in December 1969; he retired in 2000. He started as a PBA rep in 1974 and was elected President in 1980. Dick is also the Senior Vice President with the Florida PBA. |

Patrick Hanrahan Senior Vice President With PBA Since 1976 |
Pat has Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University. He began his law enforcement career with the Pompano Beach Police Department in 1975, where he served on Road Patrol and as a Vice and Narcotics Detective. He was also a Field Training Officer. He joined BSO with the 1999 merger with Pompano. He is a Life Member of the Pompano Beach FOP, serves on the County Commissioners Elderly and Veterans Services Advisory Board and was a founding member of the Law Enforcement Emerald Society of South Florida. He has been an Executive Board Member since 1983. |

Neil Vaughan Vice President With PBA Since 1994 |
Neil has been Vice President since 2001 and is responsible for the political and legislative affairs of the Broward County PBA. Prior to his election to Vice President he served as a PBA Representative from 1994-2001. He is currently a Sergeant with the Pembroke Pines Police Department and has been a police officer there for the past fifteen years. During that time, Neil was assigned to the Patrol Division and later became a Detective in the Street Crimes Unit. Subsequent to his promotion to Sergeant he was assigned again to the Detective Division where he supervised the Special Operation Unit. He presently supervises the Economic Crimes Unit, Crime Scene Unit and Computer Crimes Unit. |

Jeff Marano Treasurer With PBA Since 1982 |
Jeff began his career with the Hollywood Police Department in 1979. Over the years he has worked in Motors, Street Crimes, SWAT and CID. He is currently the Lieutenant for the department's CID Jeff became a PBA rep in 1982 and was elected to Executive Board as Secretary in 1991. He was made Treasurer in 2003. |

Debbie Reggio Secretary With PBA Since 2001 |
Debbie began her law enforcement career in 1977 with the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department working in Records, Communications and Detention. She joined BSO in 1983 as a Detention Deputy, and then transferred to Road Patrol. She has been a member of the PBA since 1988 and was elected as a representative in 2001 and to the Board of Directors in 2004. She strives to defend PBA members, looking out for their best interests and working to obtain maximum benefits for them both locally and statewide. |

Mike Casey Legislative Director With PBA Since 1979 |
Mike started in law enforcement July 1977 with the City of Sunrise PD. He came to BSO in May of 1978 and became a PBA Rep in 1979. In 1986 he became Vice President of the Broward PBA until 1991, when he was appointed Legislative Director. Mike is still with the Sheriff's Office in the Juvenile Intervention and Enforcement Division |

Barbara R. Duffy General Counsel With PBA Since 1994 |
Barbara received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University in 1987 and her Juris Doctorate from Nova University Law Center in 1990. She was an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County from 1990 to 1994 where she practiced in county court, prosecuting over 30 misdemeanor jury trials and served as a division DUI supervisor. In 1992 she was advanced to the circuit court felony division where she conducted over 40 felony jury trials and served as a Lead Prosecutor in the Felony Trial Unit. Barbara started her career with the PBA in 1994. Since joining the PBA she has litigated numerous arbitrations involving both discipline and contractual disputes. She has negotiated well over 30 collective bargaining agreements with various cities in Broward County as well as the Sheriff's Office. She has practiced before the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. Two of the cases she handled were cases of first impression in Florida resulting in the creation of new law. |

Claudia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University in 2002 where she received a Bachelor in Psychology with a minor in Criminology. She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Florida in 2006. |

Linda assists the Executive Board with secretarial duties as well as handling accounts receivable/payables, purchasing, all corporate forms/IRS, political screening scheduling, letters and checks. |

Kimberly Hudson Secretary / Detail Coordinator With PBA Since 1998 |
| Kimberly's responsibilities include keeping a survey of all of the benefits of the police agencies in Broward County, which are used during contract negotiations. She is also responsible for taking the minutes at each Board of Directors meeting. Kimberly pays the off duty details worked by some of the agencies that we represent and manages the detail account. She keeps track of all the sales of PBA merchandise on a monthly basis. She also performs any tasks asked of her by the Executive Board. | |

Lynn Covet Receptionist / Membership With PBA Since 1989 |
Lynn answers the phone and greets, assists and guides our members as they enter the PBA office. She is responsible for the sales of all PBA merchandise and helps staff with mail-outs and other projects. |

Maryann Hatch Legal Assistant With PBA Since 2002 |
Maryann interviews deputies/officers requesting legal assistance and opens, updates and maintains legal request files. She acts as liaison between deputies/officers and IA investigators; sets appointments for statements and assists General Counsel during Appeals and Arbitrations. |
